You can apply for the East Africa Tourist Visa in Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya which will allow you to travel freely within these countries with the same multiple entries Visa. East Africa Tourist Visa is the result of a joint initiative made by the Heads of States of the respective partner countries to boost regional travel and create opportunities for tourists to explore the diversity of East Africa. The East Africa Tourist Visa is eligible to tourists who want to visit simultaneously the Republic of Kenya, Republic of Rwanda and Republic of Uganda for tourism. Single or Multiple Entry: Multiple Entries
The holder of the East Africa Tourist Visa shall enter from the country that issued the visa and move within the two other countries without applying for another visa or paying for another visa fee. The holder shall also be allowed to move out of the Republic of Kenya, Republic of Rwanda and Republic of Uganda; and return without having to pay for another visa. This will only be applicable in the period of 90 days and Visas issued for specific countries can only be used for that particular country.
How to apply for the East Africa Tourist Visa
You can apply for the East Africa Tourist Visa at any of the diplomatic representations of Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya, at the Immigration Offices or online where applicable.
Rwanda
In a single-entry visa on arrival is also available to nationals who do not have a Rwandan embassy or consulate in their country. If this applies to you, visit ( migration.gov.rw ) to request a Visa online.
Kenya

Uganda

The East Africa Tourist Visa costs 100 USD and is valid for 90 days. Extension of the East Africa Tourist Visa is not permitted.
VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Visa application requirements include; one clear colored passport size photo with white background recently taken, a complete filled application form, Visa application letter addressed to the issuing authority of the concerned country.
Residents: Valid Resident Permit
Residents living in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda do not need to apply for visa. Travel has been made easy. Residents now need only a valid resident permit to explore the diverse cultures, landscapes, wildlife, activities and experiences available in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda.
