Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Arrival – Entebbe Airport.

Your guide will pick you up when you arrive in Entebbe and take you to your overnight accommodation. The places in and around Kampala will be open for you to tour based on your arrival time. From the hotel, you may take in views of Lake Victoria. You can opt to eat dinner at the hotel, or we can suggest excellent restaurants and bars throughout the city.

Day 2: Fly to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will have breakfast in Entebbe this morning, and then you will take a plane to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This magnificent park is close to Lake Edward and Lake George, at the foot of the Rwenzori Mountain range. It is well-known for its enormous elephant population and is teeming with wildlife.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel.

After breakfast in the morning, have a wildlife game drive through the park. Among the many other animals you might come across are lions, elephants, buffaloes, kobs, antelopes, hyenas, and leopards. You will take a boat ride into the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon. Along this waterway that connects Lake George and Lake Albert, you can find buffalo, hippos, and crocodiles as well as some stunning native bird species.

Day 4: Drive to Ishasha to see Tree Climbing Lions.

Drive to the foot of the Kyambura Gorge this morning, where you’ll find chimpanzees, red-tailed, colobus, baboon, and vervet monkeys, and get ready for another action-packed day. Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will go into the Virunga Mountains for three hours today. Bwindi National Park, the only park in Africa with chimpanzees and gorillas together, is where you will be staying. There are 360 species of birds and another 110 species of mammals.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi.

You’ll get up early this morning to get ready for your gorilla adventure. You will be placed with one of nine accustomed groups that live in the Bwindi Forest. This is a humble experience. Your tracking group is assigned based on party size, preferences, and fitness levels. The groups can journey for up to eight hours or less than an hour to get to the base, depending on their location. You will return to the resort and unwind after spending an amazing day in the gorilla forest.

Day 7: Fly to Murchison Falls National Park

You will have breakfast at the lodge this morning before taking a quick flight to Murchison Falls from the neighbouring Kihihi airport, with a brief stopover in Entebbe. You’ll reach the lodge in time for a leisurely late lunch, unwind in your cosy accommodation, and have a late-afternoon game drive around the park. The big game all calls Murchison Falls home, and it’s special because of its diverse range of landscapes.

Day 8: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise

Have breakfast and head out to the park for a morning game drive where you will spot a number of animal species including; lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes among many others. This national park is full of big game and its diverse terrain offers brilliant experiences.

In the afternoon, you will go on a boat cruise to the falls and you will spot a number of animals by the shores of the River Nile as well as many bird species.

Day 9: Fly to Entebbe  – Departure.

You will return to Entebbe in time for your international flight home after engaging in an early morning safari excursion or lounging at the lodge.
